All animals are sold with no guarantees or warranties, written, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, temperament, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. It is an “As Is” sale. All monies are non-refundable. No animal is considered sold until down payment or payment in full is received and has cleared the bank. Upon receipt of payment in full, (on cash sales) ownership of animal is transferred from seller to buyer, at which time the buyer assumes all risks, responsibility and liability for the animal. Buyer is responsible for the expense of any health certificates, and vet check if requested. Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and expenses.
We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason.

The Sheik is a refined little bay horse, with a more solid build than a purebred Arabian. Look at the QH rear end on him! He's a sweet boy, with the loving disposition of both parents.
