Horse Sale Terms:
All animals are sold with no guarantees or warranties, written, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, temperament, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. It is an “As Is” sale. All monies are non-refundable. No animal is considered sold until down payment or payment in full is received and has cleared the bank. Upon receipt of payment in full, (on cash sales) ownership of animal is transferred from seller to buyer, at which time the buyer assumes all risks, responsibility and liability for the animal. Buyer is responsible for the expense of any health certificates, and vet check if requested. Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and expenses.
We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason.

Ghost is a super sweet young horse. She's a buckskin tovero, and was born here on our farm. She was sold to a young lady, who has financial problems and has
returned her ownership to us. Ghost is a people horse, wanting attention, and will make someone a wonderful partner.
Her sire is our ex-stallion, Joker, who is registered both with APHA and the Foundation Horse Association. He's the gentlest of boys, and even when he was breeding mares he was a dream to handle.
Her mother, Dezab's Cloud Dancer, is also registered with NPHR, and is one of the sweetest girls you'll meet. She's only 14 hh, but weighs in over 1000 lb, so between her and Joker, Ghost should be a really solid, lovely horse when
she's finished growing.
She's utd on her annual vaccinations, worming, and feet.

Commander was with us before, then went away for training. He has been broke to ride, and ridden for the past two years by an 11-12 year old girl. Sweet tempered and gentle, he will make someone a wonderful trail horse and companion.
Both of Commander's parents were show horses, and you can see their pictures below his.
His teeth were floated in 2010, and he's utd on vaccinations, hooves, and worming. $700
