Puppies
Sales Terms:
All animals are sold with no guarantees or warranties, written, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, temperament, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. It is an “As Is” sale. All monies are non-refundable. No animal is considered sold until down payment or payment in full is received and has cleared the bank. Upon receipt of payment in full, (on cash sales) ownership of animal is transferred from seller to buyer, at which time the buyer assumes all risks, responsibility and liability for the animal. Buyer is responsible for the expense of any health certificates, and vet check if requested.
We do not ship our puppies, so buyer is responsible for the puppy being picked up at our farm.
We will accept checks only if the puppy is to remain here for at least 14 days...enough time for most checks to clear the bank. If you want to pay at time of pick-up, it must be in cash. PayPal is an acceptable avenue of payment, but there will be a service charge that PayPal requires.
We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason.

Anyone who deals with us on any of our puppies affirms and agrees to the above Sales Terms.
